"If you have not often felt the joy of doing a kind act, you
have neglected much, and most of all yourself."
*A. Neilen
Amidst the muck of the holidays tempers flare and carb eating can as well! Today I am going to try some extra kindness, and give somethings to strangers, like a smile or a nod or a parking place :crybaby: Today it is in the giving of a kind act that I think I will reap the biggest benefits. Any joiners!

Oh! How CUTE is THAT!!! :D I'll work on it! ..and report later if I get too.
Hmm, thoughtful, and so overlooked in the mad rush this time of year. Tonight is the visitation for the long-time parishioner whose funeral is tomorrow. I don't go to visitations too often, but I've been thinking about attending this one. She sang in the funeral choir with me, and her daughter and son-in-law are casual friends of mine. A kind word to the grieving family can be a comfort. Thanks for the push, Billie. :)

YES, Kathy, a kind word IS a comfort to a grieving family... and, as you and I know, ones that will be remembered for a very long time...

Say...great idea. Esspecially at Holiday time. Be gentle to the cashiers. Ask them how their day is going and compliment them on being patient and dong a great job this week.

That's also a great way of incorporating the idea, Hawk.
