What with moving and everything, I lost MY copy. Did anyone save it?

It was in a previous incarnation of this forum, correct? Do you remember the address of the forum you posted it to?

It was in the orginal protein power forum... One of the ingredients was lemon extract. Was probably around xmas 2002 or 2003...
