Malcolm, and everyone, while going to the site and downloading the .pdf may be a bit 'cumbersome,' the publisher considers this copyrighted material and additional distribution without permission is not permitted. I've removed the full text of the article pending confirmation from the publisher that we have permission to have it posted here; meanwhile, everyone is welcome to access it from the "one free issue" link at the magazine's website.

Either follow the downloading directions in Mike's blog for Tuesday, Nov. 28, or use this link for Issue #22 (http://www.performancemenu.com/freeissue/index.php?show=download&issueNum=22). You will need to submit your email address to the Performance Menu magazine website. After they receive your email request, they will mail you the download link for the article. Enjoy!
