Hi Simon! I THINK your asking for the Protein and carb requirements according the the Protein Power plan? YES?! lol

If so, we first need some information from you....your height and current weight. THEN we can give you a rough idea.

I think that's what your asking? I'm alllllllllllllllll ABOUT BEING A COMPLETE LOVE!!!!!:D

And JUST out of personal curiousity, Ireland?!? :D

It's a bit more specialised than that, Missy. The Leaky Gut chapter in PPLP has a special protocol to follow for a few days to help heal the gut before following the normal plan (purist for a few weeks if you're prone to leaky gut).

For each meal:
Whey protein powder - enough to meet your protein requirements
10g L-glutamine powder
8 oz cold water

Each day:
a couple of magnesium/potassium tablets (about 300 Mg/99 K)
a couple of tablespoons of cod liver oil

I hope she feels better soon.

Mitra Hi and thankee.

Cheshire..i knew many from Stockport. I used to go to collge in Buxton.

But who can buy houses in the UK now...par example 10 years ago the av price in Cornwall was about 3 x the av salary..45000 roughly for a hoose.
Now the av salary is 21,000 and the av house price ?
About 10 x the average salary at over 200,000.
Zilcho quality of life vis the psych pressure that such debts exerts on a person/s

Many thanks the gut rehab stuff.

"remain on it for just a few days, eating no solid food but drinking plenty of clear, caloirie-free fluis, such as wter or herbal tea. You cannot and absolutely should not remain .....for more than a week. Its only to be used briefly for the rehabilitation of a very sick bowel."

Cheers

David beat me to it :).

I don't hear "hiya" much these days :) - I must have moved too far south. You're right about the house prices here. We started out 20-odd years ago, but there's no way we'd be able to afford our house if we had to pay current prices, and I really don't know how young people with ordinary jobs are ever going to get started. Insane.

I have good friends that I met online for weightloss and they live in Diss Norfolk, and for the past 4 years they come over here for a several week extended "holiday" (vacation to us, lol)...mostly spent in Florida, but they first fly here to Ohio to see my husband and I, and they tell me just as you say...just how outrages it's becoming! How sad for you all. I'd love to come visit and see Britian, but I don't know as I'll ever afford too.

Our friends, Gavin and Teresa really would love it if I came...but have explained the cost of lb vs dollar isn't in "my" favor right now...:( My husband has never flown...and I highly doubt if ever I get him brave enough to fly over! I'd so love it if I could...as I'm all about all things English! :D

I want to stay in an English Cottage complete with the thatched roof..and see the Queen! LOL  Perhaps have tea with her, if she's up the likes of ME! LOL

I wish we had a Queen. lol

Oh Simon, I don't mean to highjack your question....but I truely am enjoying conversing with you and Mitra both.

I like to think of myself as Hyacynth Bucket! :D ..or DAISY! lol

Your building a YURT! Well, how fun is THAT! :D

Simon, I may have to Pm a message to you...I'm finding you very interesting! lol But, I won't till you say that'd be okay or not!?

David hi and many many thanks yr time and kindness.

Mitra...well i notice it when i go back and see the folks.
My Dad lives very near Sevenoaks which is verily insane and South Yorks where Mum lives ain't that much better vis proprtional pricing of smaller houses.

Folks uge thanks yr time. The gut rehab worked last year from Wendall and so hopefully it'll work this time and i'm doing it as well even though i'm not aware i have owt wrong..moral support and the efficacies of fasting.

A votre sante
