Hi, ya'll,
Thought I'd post my daily menu as it keeps me on track. Didn't see a post, so if I missed it, I'm sorry.
Brunch: atkins pancakes w/ sf syrup, bacon, cup LC chocolate milk
Snack: 1/3c. grapes
Afternoon: Leftover grilled chic/slice beef from the St. Patrick's Day Party yesterday, sans sauce, large tossed green, mixed veggie salad w/ carbwell's 0 carb dressing, LC chocolate pudding w/ spritz of whipped topping
Snack: sour pickles
Dinner:cream of chicken soup over dreamfield's penne pasta, can of chicken mixed in.
How is everybody else doing?
