Top of the mornin'!

I'll edit as the day progresses.

B-EAS shake, LC bagel
L-smoked salmon, asparagus
D-LC tortilla with cheese

B: yogurt with moisture drained out and added blueberries, coffee.

lunch: 2 Tuna melts on magic rolls

Dinner: fried haddock (low carb breading) with homemade tarter sauce. I made a sald too, but never ate it...so I guess that odesn't count!

No snacks so far.
