Hi, wanted to start this thread for anybody else who might be interested in posting.


Saturday: Sept 30

B:slice lc french toast, bacon, scrambled egg, sf ocean spray citrus juice

L : pimento cheese, chicken salad on lettuce, few club crackers(four), dill pickles spears

S: oz cheddar, dill pickle spear, tiny tomato

D: Planned: dreamfield's macaroni and cheese(homemade), bacon slices,(light dinner, going to the symphony tonight).

Pre-symphony: 1/4 piece of bread pudding(hubby will always get a slice) and coffee w/ half and half

Carbs:40
Pro:50 (minumum daily amount/day)

May I inquire how you derived the 50 g protein?

I've been trying to figure mine out, and, according to the link that was given in a different post, I've come up with 82. Now, I'm a little less weight than when I put in the figures, so perhaps I'm supposed to be lower, but I usually exceed that number, anyway. Not sure if that is a bad thing, but it happens almost without fail.
