Is Dreamfields safe to eat? I've heard so many people talk about how great it was and how it didn't affect their BS at all, while a couple others had negative comments about it. It would be nice if I could eat it. I really like pasta :)

Probably the only way you can safely determine is to give it a try. Some LC products affect some people some do not. I have never tried the pasta from dreamfields so I can't give you too much advice. But I would say that if it is something you enjoy alot (pasta) try it and see. Sometimes knowing something is there for us should we HAVE TO HAVE it, makes us not want it so much.

Good Luck!

I have gastronomical problems if I eat too much of it at once, so you might want to start out with just a cup or so and see how it affects you. As far as blood sugar, I've never felt like it was affecting me (I get all sorts of lovely side effects when things spike my blood sugar). And it really is delicious, I think I like it better than regular pasta!

I like the taste of Dreamfields but am not sure how it affects my BS so when I want pasta, I use soy pasta which I've bought online (good amts of protein & lower ECC). I'm not a big pasta person and have it maybe once every few months.

Take care!

I use dreamfields on occasion - once in two weeks or so i have a half-portion as a side dish. I don't need to track my BS so don't really know if it effects it like real pasta (as some find) or not a bit (as others find) - but it doesn't upset my stomach and doesn't seem to stall me.
of course, YMMV.

I like it very much, but also find that I can't eat too much of it. That's a good thing, because I wouldn't want to rely on it as a staple food. It's extremely filling.
