Better late than never!

Breakfast: Cherry/almond protein shake

Lunch: 3oz turkey w/a sprinkle of cheese and bacon on each slice, rolled up, 70% chocolate 10 ecc, 1/2 cup mixed berries an hour later.

Snack: 1/2 cup almonds at different times

Dinner: LC flatbread pizza

Oh - here's the daily menu thread - just thinking about this as I improvised a snack at work:

B: 33g pro, 8 ECC
protein shake w/mixed berries & greek yogurt

L: 30g pro, 7-9 ECC
left over BBQ-sauced chicken; greek salad (cukes, peppers, celery, red onion, O&V) with 1 oz feta

snack: 1 oz feta

D: ?
Chinese takeout - probably sezchuan beef & a taste of lemon chicken. No rice.
eve snack: ?

1: Mango-green tea protein shake with vanilla protein powder, 27g protein and 10g ECC
2: the other spicy tuna hand roll that I saved from last night's dinner, and 1/4 cup of hummus with an oz. of soy chips (25g protein, 12g ECC)
an oz. of mixed nuts for a snack, and an oz. of string cheese

just about made my protein intake, but I'm really feeling a little unsettled tonight and haven't had more to eat. Tomrrow is another day...

Hi, I have been out of town since Fri at a conference, but still am staying in there.

B: eggs, bacon slice, SF cranberry juice
S: 1/4 scone(scared it with co-worker)
L: tossed mixed green salad w/ Italian dressing, LC yogurt, ham

S: pumkin seeds

D: dreamfield's pasta w/ alfredo cheese sauce, pork chop, tossed green salad w/ oil/vinegar dressing, LC ice cream
