Hi, thought I'd start this thread today.

B: coffee, SF pumpkin loaf

Went to dentist, so mouth still "waking up" at lunch.
L: atkins canned shake, mixed vegetable soup

Planned:
S:LC yogurt, oz cheddar

D: ? will edit later

How is everyone else doing?

protein shake with strawberries
L - ~30g pro, 8 ECC
Greek Salad from Trader Joe's - 6g pro, 7 ECC
Sliced Roasted Turkey from Trader Joes - about 3.5 oz for ~25g pro, 1 ECC
D - ?
Snacks - ?

Can you tell I went to TJ's at lunchtime to stock up on nuts?

Thanks, Claudette! Here's mine so far:

Breakfast: Handful of almonds and 3 cups of coffee (unusual day)

Lunch: Made up for breakfast with the insides of a "club" croissant left over from a meeting. Turkey, ham, salami, cheese, lettuce & tomato.

Dinner: Beef stew made with tomatoes and zuchini

Snack: Maybe some ricotta cheese and fruit later

I ate sweets last night during a bit of depression, which of course only made it worse! I'm trying to really cut the carbs today.
