"The road that is built in hope is more pleasant to the traveler than the road built in despair, even though they both lead to the same destination."
--Marian Zimmer Bradley
Which road do you travel? Do you view this process of getting healthy as wonderful and exciting (ob course there are down days, that is normal huh) or do you view it as a pain or an "awful remedy"? If we all see the end point the same, leaner body, stronger muscles, better health, then doing it on the road "less traveled" might make the journey much more pleasant.
Have a great day and for those off today, keep enjoying that long weekend!
