**This is the place to post your weekly goals, and then your actual workouts... ALL are welcome... :)**
Sunday: a planned day of rest...
Monday: an unplanned day of rest... my incisions hurt, and I was just plain ol' tired...
Tuesday: decided to go on a walk, and let my LEGS set the pace, instead of my brain... still ended up with 3 miles in 53 minutes... guess I've gotten a new subconscious pace! :D
Wednesday: Had planned to walk, but have a sick little one... cough and a fever of 102!!!
Thursday: Mr. Wonderful got home early enough for me to get a walk in... 50 minutes, 3 miles... every step hurt... but, ironically, I kept thinking, "Dang! I feel a muscle THERE, and wait a minute, maybe one THERE, too!" :D

Sunday: slept. Recovered from Saturday. Saturday was pretty physical, but no actual walking. There was, however wrestling. It was that kind of day.
Monday: Down the hill, coffee run, walk between buses, walk home - about 40 minutes total. I'm getting back into it!

Well, I'm not sure which I'd rather 'RASTLE" in (mud or jello), but I'm sure it would definitely depend on who was the "opponent"

For sure, cm! :p And, I'm not even sure I'd do it with Mr. Wonderful, who'd be the ONLY opponent in the running, LOL!

Morning, all! Well, although I haven't been "rassling" in the mud or jello:slywink: , I have taken up my old exercise routine. I've been walking, with intermittent jogging and stairclimbing pretty consistently the past couple of weeks. The past 2 mornings the temperature has been in the mid 60's here-heavenly!

Hooray, kathy!!! Way to go, Girl!
I took my son down to the bus stop, and shivered! And, TOMORROW the HIGH is to be 65!!! I suppose it IS September tomorrow, but still... of course, then it gets back to the 80's, which is more along the normal lines for now... :)

Jello, Mud . . . Tomatoes anyone?
Got to the gym yesterday. Squats didn't hurt quite as much as they did the first time I did them without the Smith Machine, and my hubby even increased the weight by 10 pounds for my second and third set. The last time, I managed two sets and thought I would fall over with the pain in my quads, so I feel good about this time.
Did other exercises as well - some easier than others.
Ooo, we had a photo of this in our paper this morning too. Tomatoes are more carby than mud, and (sf) jello!

What's this board rated? *chuckle* I think mud wrestling is the best way to answer the question.
Been walking a lot this week, but not doing much else well. I am, however, very confident now that I'm highly gluten sensitive. A couple days of less than optimal food choices, and some of my long standing problems kicked me in my derriere. *chuckle* YAY for being my own guinea pig.
Anyway. Tuesday - up and down the hill, about 25 minutes total
Wednesday - up and down the hill, plus a 15 minute walk at lunch for about 40
Thursday - hill plus 40 minutes at lunch with a coworker! little over an hour
Friday - up and down the hill, plus a trip to the bookstore at lunch which is about 20 mins so 45 total minutes of steady walking
Way to go, Miralin! :)
As for me, I did my usual walking, stairclimbing and jogging this morning. Nice and cool again. I can't wait for fall!

kathy, it's cool here as well... I swear it looked like it was going to SNOW yesterday!!! Good to have you back at it...
LOL, mir! Oh, THAT'S what crossed my mind too... glad it didn't take a downturn, you know?
Way to go on being your own guinea pig... now, stay out of the trough! (Wait, wrong kind o' pig! :D)
