Boy, that sure is a lot of bread today! It'll be interesting to see how it affects me over the next few days...I can vary up to 4 or 5 pounds in just a day or two depending on what I eat...

Me too, Aaron. I went to the honey tree last Friday and picked up a couple of pounds. The worst part is once I do that, I have hundreds of other reasons to nibble i.e. that wrap I ate yesterday). It's really not worth the trouble it creates for me. :p
B: Cocoa-cherry protein shake
L: Chicken/bacon salad w/sun seeds & 0-carb dressing
S: Probably nuts
D: Turkey & vegetables
S: Yogurt & berries if I need one

Salt seems to do me in...and I suspect bread does too, even though it is a fairly low carb version (6 ecc/slice)...but let's see...4 slices x 6 ECC...hmmm...that's 24 ECC just in bread...YIKES!
