How are you "using it" today? It's a yoga day for me.

Today is 100 inclined Abs Crunches, hands weights and some core strength work. I usually do this to two episodes of Seinfeld.

Tonight will be lower body - squats, calf raises, hamstring curls and if there's time I might try some new exercises. But Thursday we have company, so there probably won't be a lot of extra time.

Today was step and core/abs with the stability ball. My week is now done :cool: .

Yay! Another TG user! :) Once thing that always surprises me is how quickly that 45 minutes goes. It doesn't seem like I'm doing that much exercise, but the clock says otherwise.

Today is a fever and a sinus infection. I made it this morning to grandparents day at my grandchildrens school. An outfit I could not fit into in December fit easily today. The weight training is paying off.
I don't think with a fever I'l be doing any weights tho.

Lynn - I think a rest is just what you need :). And yeah for you on that outfit :D!
