OK, last night I got in about half of my upper body workout and then had to stop because my shoulder/neck started acting up. I have a feeling I'm going to have to be careful with my neck. I tend to tense up those muscles when doing the upper body workouts that involve the shoulders, and I don't think they're up to a lot of workout yet. So last night I did pull ups, arm pullovers and side pulldowns. Tonight I'm going to do the other half of my upper body - chest presses, lat rows, lat pulldowns, and triceps pulldowns and pressdowns.
I think it was a good thing I stopped when I did - my sinuses were going nuts this morning, so apparently there is still some mold down in the basement. Doing more days of smaller exercises is I think going to be the norm until it fully clears out down there.
