		<description>Sorry about commenting on such an old post, but I searched your blog for casein and found this entry. The real reason for it, was that I have noticed myself, and heard reports from others that cream can cause cravings disproportional to the carbohydrate content, and got a tip it may have to do with intolerance to casein or lactose. You seem to be the most knowledgeable when it comes to things concerning metabolism, so I tried to get some contact data but couldn&#039;t find any. So I comment in your blog instead. I know you push for meat, and I realize the benefits of it, but will there be a post on dairy products, and possibly on stalls and cravings caused by them?
