		<description>yet another vote for low-to-no carbohydrate consumption. for most of us, given our daily regimens of sitting, watching TV, driving, etc, carbohydrates and their quick-energy-fix are simply not needed. if you have close to 2-3% body fat and engage in aerobic activity then yes, maybe you could thrive on some carbs to burn so you dont cannabolize youre muscle, but how many of us fit that description?</description>
