We often make hard boiled eggs and keep them around for on the run eating. But because breakfast is as important as it is, especially a higher-preotein breakifast, we try to make the extra effort to put it together almost no matter what else is going on.

Huevos aren't just for breakfast anymore. Have a dinner omelette and you won't get the late night munchies. Fry up some bacon, fold in some cheese, some green onions -- don't overcook -- and Bob's Your Tio.

That's great to know. Problem is, for many people making eggs (and maybe bacon as well) isn't too convenient in the morning. Especially if you have to wake up early for school, as I do. I used to buy the pre-cooked bacon so I could heat it up and that was quick, and maybe microwave some scrambled eggs, but even then I switched to low carb cereal (special K) and soy milk. Sometimes it'd be a protein bar or even nothing! Any suggestions for a quick and healthier breakfast?
