Another take on the dangers of antioxidants

Regina Wilshire has done a bang up job of going through the JAMA paper on the dangers of antioxidants that I posted on here. I looked the paper over, saw that it was a meta-analysis, and didn’t give it much of a detailed look. Instead I wrote about why I don’t trust meta-analyses and what my own take on antioxidants is.

Regina went through the paper with a fine-toothed comb. If you read her post from March 2, you can find out what the paper really said.
